Broken tooth

Today Dash broke one of his tooth's. His upper left incisor with a cap on. We were at mommy & me at preschool, just about getting ready for snack time when I noticed his big toothy grin had a gap! where's his tooth?? He wasn't crying, he was perfectly fine awaiting his share of snack-age instead I did a mad search for the missing tooth with no luck I dashed him off to the dentist. I just love love our dentist whom saw him right away and with-in 15 minutes of arriving at his office he had a brand new tooth in place. Now, he somehow managed to break his tooth so there wasn't much of a tooth left, tooth to adhere the cap onto, but our doc did his best and now we are just hoping the tooth will hold otherwise...the next course of action would be to use a cap/crown with a metallic base.
